This thing as it currently stands is useless on the iPad. The working area shown in the images above actually occupy a very small area of the screen.
It fails to properly recognize the kanji strokes unless they are very close to overlaying the sample. You can draw the kanji correclty but if it is out of position (too high or low, or too small) it fails to recognize it.
You cannot create a new deck, the app crashes each and every time.
This app attempts to fill a legit study need, kanji stroke practice, but fails in the execution. I hope they update it soon, because if the issues are resolved, it will be a very useful study aid.
